Melanie found her love for research while in academia, where she studied Cognitive Psychology and Human-Computer Interaction. Her tech-research experiences range from virtual reality, e-reading, e-commerce, and music streaming. She teaches UX research at York University and is passionate about research ethics and workplace well-being.
