How much control do I have over the interview and the moderation approach?

You’re in control. You define the learning goals, questions, and the depth you want them to be discussed. To collect relevant and helpful feedback, the AI moderator is instructed to probe with follow-up questions based on what the participant says. The AI moderator rephrases when questions go unanswered and refocuses when participants go off track.
