An affinity diagram helps designers, researchers, and project managers organize large amounts of qualitative data, information, and ideas, into meaningful categories based on similarities or themes. Using affinity diagrams, UX designers can gain insight into patterns and underlying themes. This method is often used after research activities, such as user interviews or brainstorming sessions, to uncover insights and prioritize key themes
