A Likert scale is a rating scale used in customer surveys that asks users to choose to what degree they agree or disagree with a statement or set of statements. They typically include five to seven response options that range from ‘Strongly agree’ to ‘Strongly disagree’. Likert scale survey questions are popular in customer experience surveys as they enable researchers to gather and analyze subjective data at scale.
