Any team member who installs the MCP and has access to Maze can use it. The goal is to get research into the hands of PMs, designers, and stakeholders who wouldn't otherwise go looking for it in Maze.
Does Maze use my data to train AI?

No. Maze does not use data accessed through the MCP to train AI models. Your study data, transcripts, and responses stay within your account.

What's the difference between the beta and what comes next?
During beta, Maze MCP will be optimized for exploring individual studies. You'll be able to ask questions, generate summaries, and quickly uncover insights from a specific study directly in your AI assistant. Cross-study search across your organization's research history will also be available in beta, and we'll continue improving it based on customer feedback and usage.
Looking ahead, we'll expand Maze MCP beyond research discovery to research creation, including the ability to prompt your AI assistant to create new studies in Maze.
