Microcopy refers to small snippets of text that guide users through an interface, such as button labels (“Try again ”), error messages (“Oops! That email already exists”), form instructions ("Submit your name and email"), and tooltips like password hints (“Use eight characters or more”). It’s often tested through A/B experiments and usability tests to ensure it aligns with user expectations and enhances the experience.
